26岁，26岁，26岁，我不得不提醒自己正在一天一天跟岁月赛跑。莫担心，我不是在伤春悲秋，只是想对这个时候的我提出一个生活态度。

刚看了斯勤的博客，其中一篇文章对女子们很有用哦，贴一部分上来大家分享。

“大家都知道衰老是不可逆转的，身体各项机能是在18岁到20岁的时候完全完善。而完善后马上就开始了衰老，只是由于年轻，衰老的过程是非常缓慢的，由于地心引力，随着时光的流逝，皱纹不经意间爬上了眼角，额头，人的衰老是最先显现在面部，当习惯在脸上形成了表情纹，随着岁月的洗礼，表情纹逐渐发展成深刻的皱纹，接下来你会发现，眉尾下垂，眼角下垂，鼻头下坠，嘴角下垂，甚至出现了严重的法令纹。这对于大家，尤其是女性朋友们来说那是多么可怕的一件事啊！！

现在市面上卖的各种化妆品，最经典的就是那些名字：比如什么2080，什么逆衰老面霜，什么天使容颜精华等等，然后就是高科技美容，电波拉皮，肉毒素注射，欧特莱填充，羊胎素疗程等等，最后才是医学整形上的手术拉皮，人们想尽各种方法和衰老赛跑，而很多女人，尤其是爱美的女人，基本上把大部分金钱和精力都花费在此。

……我们要想一直和衰老抗争下去，不但要保持年轻的心态，还要规律的生活习惯，除了日常保养，可以尝试一些高科技手段让自己保持年轻状态，只是任何事情都不要过了，万不得已的时候再去选择手术的方法去解决！要想抗衰老，必须趁早，越年轻的时候开始保养就越好，就象有的人说，不要等到牙疼了才去看牙医，不要等到生病了才去医院是一样的道理。不要等到衰老后再去想办法去逆转！这些都只是无用功！”
